What Separates Us From Other Chiropractors?
Drs. Joseph and Natasha Maltese offer chiropractic care for members of the entire family, including prenatal and pediatric care. They also utilize holistic soft-tissue techniques like cupping and scraping to support healthy muscle and joint function.
We believe that approach and that passion are what separate us from your typical chiropractor. We are lifetime chiropractic patients who understand the need for a healthy musculoskeletal system. Our athletic careers have helped us see that true musculoskeletal health requires more than a back crack or a neck twist. Soft tissue injuries are at the forefront of athletic injuries and must be addressed in order to have optimal function. The focus we place on objective functional testing to assess limitations in the body is what allows us to produce optimal patient outcomes. We do not diagnose off of X-rays, or decide how many months of treatments are necessary based on a curve in your spine. We assess how your body is functioning and diagnose based on these measures.

At Primal Performance Spine & Sport, our goal is to offer our patients top of the line chiropractic care at an affordable price. As mentioned above, we do not accept insurance. This allows us to keep our prices tremendously fair, and is what allows us to spend the time with our patients that they deserve. Although we do not accept insurance, we do accept Flex Spending and Health Savings accounts. We also offer a 25% military and first responder discount.

First Visit (includes consultation, exam, and treatment) – $195
Re-exam after 6 months or new complaint (includes treatment) – $145
Follow-up Treatment – $80
For children 17 & under, first visits are $125 and follow-up treatments are $60.
