I began seeing Dr. Natasha at the beginning of the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy after being referred by a friend. This was my first pregnancy and I began having pain down the right side of my back and rib cage that made it difficult and painful to sit for long periods of time. I have been to other chiropractors before, but was particularly worried about going to a chiropractor being that I was pregnant. I ended up seeing Dr. Natasha 1-2 times per week through the remainder of my pregnancy. She worked to provide me relief from the back pain I was initially experiencing. As my pregnancy progressed she worked on the pain in my hips that developed and to ensure my hips were properly aligned to allow my baby, who was found to be breach in an ultrasound, to move into proper position. Each visit I would let her know what pains or issues I had been having since my previous visit and she always had an answer for me as to what was causing it and not only what she would do that visit to help alleviate the issue, but exercises I could do myself that would help. At 39 weeks 6 days I had an uncomplicated delivery of a 8 lb baby boy. Should I become pregnant again, I will definitely incorporate chiropractic visits to Dr. Natasha as part of my regular prenatal care.
